Yes, returns and exchanges of items that are in perfect condition are possible, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email, specifying the order number and the reference of the items to be returned. Damaged or broken items, where the brand is not responsible, are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with the accompanying cards and branches. This shipment should only be made after the return is confirmed by Catarina Gonçalves Ceramics and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. There is also the option to return the items in person at the studio, by prior appointment via email.

If you notice any damage to the items caused during shipping, please send an email within 14 days of receiving the order, including photos of the item and the shipping packaging.

We prioritize sustainability. Most packaging materials are reused and what is not, is sourced in Portugal and are eco-friendly, recyclable.

While many of my larger works are sculptural statements, most vessels are fully vitrified and capable of holding water for floral arrangements. Any piece that is strictly decorative or porous due to a specific atmospheric glaze technique will be clearly noted in its description.

Yes. I welcome bespoke commissions for private residences. If you love the form of the Seixo series but need it scaled up for a specific entryway, or require a specific clay tone to match your stone flooring, we can discuss a custom commission.

A custom piece typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. This timeline accounts for design consultation, hand-building, a slow drying process to prevent warping, two separate kiln firings, and quality testing.
